Research on Physical Education of Combining Health-related Physical Fitness and Specialties in Higher Vocational Colleges

Physical Fitness is closely related to the state of health, work ability and competitive sport level. And the need of Physical Fitness is different for different occupations. At present, health fitness has been regarded as the main indicator of body building in the world. The aim of our higher vocational colleges is to enhance students' physique and health, develop their correct and scientific concept about health and cultivate their lifelong sports consciousness. In light of some scientific research methods like documentary and logical reasoning, the paper studies the sport education mode of combining Health-related Physical Fitness and specialties in higher vocational colleges, aiming at propelling the development of talents cultivation.
