摘要
With the extensive application of internet and image, some new requirements on image coding, such as high compression rate, compressive code, and compression from loss to lossless, are to be performed well by wavelet coding. This paper starts off multi-phasic matrix of wavelet filter, makes use of gene analyzing, and realizes the transformation of wavelet from tradition model to exaltation system, that can overcome the limitation caused by the first generation wavelet transform. And based on this realizes transformation from integer to integral wavelet. Then realizes this by using of digital signal processing. The experimental results is satisfied.
