摘要
The train dispatching is a core and difficulty in adjusting its operation when the passenger flow bursts. The destination of train dispatching is to serve unserved passengers as soon as possible, in order to ensure the safety,speediness and punctuality of the train. Interior-penalty algorithm is put forward in conditions that the minimum cost of train dispatching is the objective function, and the constraint of this train dispatching optimization model is nonlinear complementarity constraint. The numerical experimentation proved that this train dispatching optimization model and its algorithm can meet the actual demand reasonably.
