摘要：
A portfolio analysis was performed to evaluate the situation of textile and clothing sector which has a major role in Turkish economics. BCG growth-share matrix was chosen for sector evaluation as it was considered to be the most appropriate method of portfolio analysis. In the present study, Turkish textile and clothing sector was compared with the leading rivals in the world by means of BCG growth-share matrix so that current circumstances are estimated and essential recommendations are made.
