Constraints on the mass of the dark halo from the rotation curve of the Galaxy

摘要：
We derive upper limits to the amount of dark matter in the Galaxy 1) from the fact that the rotation curve of the Galaxy is declining at large radii, and 2) by comparing mass estimations derived from the rotation curve and from star-counts.
