The characteristics of the aerosols of the boundary layer of the atmosphere over Moscow

摘要
The results of an experiment conducted in November-December 1992 on Ostankino television tower are presented. Aerosol probes were sampled on fibrous filters on four heights simultaneously (1,47, 152, and 377 m). 20 chemical elements were identified. Vertical profiles of a concentration and a size of an aerosol particles were obtained. Analysis of a correlative matrix of the aerosol concentrations and relation of particle size variations in the sampled probes enabled to distinguish 7 groups of atmospheric aerosols: 1) Ca, Al, Fe, Mo; 2) Ti, Mn; 3) Cu, Zn; 4) K; 5) Ni, V, Pb, Co; 6) Cd, Sb; 7) Sn, Hg, Cr.
