摘要：

It analyzes the impact of telecom energy saving factors, the evaluation system of energy saving and emission reduction should select network operating, general management, marketing and information services. By the AHP method to determine the overall weight of the various indicators, and through empirical analysis, we get a comprehensive energy saving and emission reduction evaluation results for the companies with energy conservation guide.
