摘要：

The paper introduces the design of CMH's (Hong Kong China Merchants Holdings Co.,LTD.) personnel affairs management information system, and elaborates the design method of software structure and data base file, operating process of relationship data base and mapping relation of physical file and logical file. This system has been put into use for many years in four companies in Hong Kong and gained obvious economic and social benefits.
