摘要
Basic assumptions for creation of mathematical model of polymer plasticization during injection molding, taking into consideration the real process conditions, were presented. They contain e.g. the to-and for screw motion (for tri-zonal screw) with defined stroke and the phases of static (stationary screw) and dynamic (rotating screw) melting, being the functions of various geometric (Fig. 1), material and operating parameters. Moreover, the course of plasticization process in a solid conveying zone, related to a screw motion (Fig. 2 and 3), was analyzed. The other elements of the model will be presented in forthcoming publications.
