摘要：
Based on analyzing the effect of foreign-related innovative network to the international competitiveness of the industrial clusters, this article took Guangzhou foreign-related industrial cluster as an example to analyze the current situation and problems of international competitiveness of foreign-related industrial clusters based on innovative network and put forward measures accordingly to promote foreign-related industrial clusters' international competitiveness.
