摘要
Along with the rapid development of international carbon credit trade, many Chinese companies are eager to have a finger in the pie as carbon sellers. While carbon credit trade is a newborn thing in China and many companies don't know it well. So there are many risks in carbon credit trade for a builder without experience. In this paper we explained risk types, put forward selection principles of evaluation index and established an index system of builder's risk. Then the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation technology were used to construct evaluation model to help carbon builders to Measure their risks. What's more, a case was illustrated based on the method. Evaluation result was consistent with the fact, which shows that the evaluation index system and model put forward in this paper-can be operated practically.
