摘要：

With the enlargement of the enrollment scale, the need of teachers increases sharply. Young teachers become the majority in the newly employed teachers. then, the training of those young teachers becomes a significant issue. This passage is aimed at analysing how to strengthen the training of those young teachers, beginning with those young teachers' characteristics in independent colleges.
