摘要
In this paper the authors consider the general problem of determining the reliability of complex systems such as series, parallel etc., when the number of components constituting these complex systems is a random variable following distributions belonging to power series and exponential families. The importance of the study of the distribution of order statistics when the sample size is a random variable is shown in the reliability theory.
