摘要：

The construction of campus culture plays an important role in guiding college students' growth, the way on creating a characteristic campus culture atmosphere innovatively in university education has attracted social attention. This paper is based on lately year's practical guidance on students' innovation activities, finally comes to the conclusion how to effectively condense Car-Culture through guiding the students' science and technology innovation activities.
