摘要：

After we joined WTO, services market opened up further than it ever was, and FDI in financial, real estate, research industry become bigger than before and grow rapidly, so we should analyze the situation of services FDI and find the problems. In this paper we analyze the FDI situation in China services industry, the analysis being done from the next five aspects: the total size, characteristics, source, approach and trends of investments. On this basis, we propose the problems and give some suggestions.
