摘要
Imitating the single genetic model existing in nature this paper proposes a new partheno-genetic operator - chromosome polarization operator. Also introduced the optimum library in the select operation, proposed a "micro-environment survival of the fittest" strategy, by adding adaptive operator, the adaptive algorithm can be adjusted. Furthermore, its efficiency is shown by an application on TSP.
