摘要：
The article starts by discussing existing issues in the National Archaeological Parks Administrative Organizations, including administration, law enforcement authority, land management, operation of funds and publicity education. By analyzing the causes of these issues, the article tries to put forward some concrete suggestions for the legal system construction and the operational management of the National Archaeological Parks.
