Key Takeaways With 3,351 responses, the 2020 State of the Water Industry survey had the largest participation in the survey's history. Respondents answered similarly to the previous year's survey but expressed a little more optimism about the present and future state of the sector. The survey was conducted before the 2020 coronavirus pandemic, and it is uncertain whether perceptions of the water industry will change or be reinforced.
