摘要
Crossing, selfing, sibling and test cross were employed in transferring genic male sterility (GMS) from 3A (GMS line) to the male fertile line sl206 and breeding new GMS lines with the genetic bases of sl206 in accordance with the Multiple Allele Hypothesis of Chinese cabbage. The genotype sl206 was determined by the fertility expression of progenies from F1 crossing of 3A with sl206, which was "(MsMsf)-Ms-f". As a result, the new AB lines type I were obtained from sibling between the sterile plants and the fertile plants in F2 (25% male sterile plants in F2), the new temporary maintainer lines from selfing of F2 (100% fertile plants in F2), and the new GMS lines with 100% sterility from crossings between the male sterile plants of new AB lines type I and new temporary maintainer lines.
