摘要：
We report the rare case of an 11-year-old boy who presented with intractable hvpoxaemia and a pulmonary mass. Investigations revealed this to be a pulmonary arteriovenous malformation. It was entirely confined to the right middle lobe and was successfully treated via a right middle lobectomy. The relevant literature with respect to both diagnosis and treatment is reviewed.
