摘要
Mn doped Pb(Mg0.5W0.3)O-3-Pb(Zr,Ti)O-3 (PMW-PZT) ceramics were prepared by solid state reaction method and their crystal structures and electrical properties were investigated systematically. All Mn doped PMW-PZT compositions were located within the morphotropic phase boundary region and Mn doping slightly increased the volume fraction of rhombohedral phase. The results showed that Mn doping enhanced the ferroelectric and piezoelectric properties of PMW-PZT ceramics markedly, which was different from other Mn doped piezoelectric ceramics. It's very interesting that there was a dielectric anomaly below the Curie temperature for poled Mn doped PMW-PZT ceramics. The dielectric anomaly disappeared and temperature stability of piezoelectric properties improved after aging treatment. With high d(33) (similar to 562 pC/N), high k(p) (0.69), medium Q(m) (similar to 139), low loss (similar to 0.6%) and good temperature stability, 0.5 at% Mn doped PMW-PZT ceramics could be a potential candidate for piezoelectric actuator and transducer application.
