摘要：
Tacit knowledge interchange is an important part of knowledge interchange activity in an enterprise. In this paper, the types and characteristics of tacit knowledge are analyzed, and an index evaluation system of tacit knowledge value potential is Put forward. Finally, a case of evaluating tacit knowledge value potential is given by using internal number fuzzy judgment method.
