摘要：

The paper studies on the theory of resource combination of new venture, and puts forward the process of global resource combination of new venture based on E-Learning, including four steps, namely innovation resources identification, innovation resources acquisition, innovation resources development, and innovation resources combination, it also reveals the effects which are brought to resource combination of new venture by E-Learning and dynamic feedback. The study of this paper provides reference value to new venture on resource combination.
