Resonant tunneling in laser and constant electric fields

摘要：
It is shown by numerically solving the time-dependent Schrodinger equation that the resonant reflection and transmission of electrons through triple barrier structures can be significantly modified and controlled by intense laser and constant electric fields. A general numerical algorithm is presented which allows one to calculate these probabilities with a very high precision.
