Research on Railway Talent Training Pattern

Nowadays, the structure of railway profession skilled talent is unreasonable, and especially, seriously lack of high skilled talent, with low culture quality. They are not skilled to new technology and can not well adapt to new equipments. There exists a distance between talents and development of railway, which is well proved by the sixth speedup of railway and the implementation of passenger dedicated railway lines. At the same time, the development of modem technology, all workers need to learn more to improve their own skills and quality to protect their work efficient and valuable. This paper analyzes the information from Beijing Railway Bureau and other bureaus to establish the training model for railway skilled talent. Then we make the analysis on the subject and object of the model to provide the suggestions for its implementation.
