摘要
This study is aimed at analyzing the effect of international trade on workers' bargaining power in Indonesia with a sample of more than 40,000 firms from the manufacturing industry during the period of 2006-2015. Regression analysis was conducted by using panel data from national sector level and national province level. The national sector level showed that export did not affect workers' bargaining power, while import decreased workers' bargaining power. Meanwhile, national province level data showed that export did not affect workers' bargaining power, but import increased workers' bargaining power.
