摘要：

An index system for evaluating the risks of venture capital projects is established on the basis of analyzing the factors affecting the risks of venture capital projects. In view of the characteristics of venture capital projects, a new method for evaluating the risks of venture capital projects is presented by applying the uncertain type analysis of hierarchy process and the uncertain multiple attribute decision making. The ranks of the risks of venture capital projects are achieved by using of the new method. An example of practical application is given to show the reasonableness and effectiveness of the method.
