Rural women's participation in the villagers' autonomy is beneficial to its own liberation and development,and it is also conducive to the development and stability of the rural economy. However, due to traditional cultural values and gender roles and other reasons, there are many problems in the process of Rural women's participation in the villagers' autonomy.
