摘要
Rapidly chirped optical waveforms reduce stimulated Brillouin scattering in fiber amplifiers, enabling higher output powers. This work demonstrates homodyne and heterodyne phase-locking, and coherent combining, of linearly chirped optical waves using acoustooptic frequency shifters. (C) 2011 Optical Society of America
