摘要
Never in recent history have entrepreneurship been so vivid and the need for entrepreneurship education so great. Despite the risks and difficulties normally associated with the start-up of any business and despite the mishaps caused by economic and financial crisis, the new generation of entrepreneurs still finds the zest required to overcome obstacles and move forward. This paper describes a methodology for stimulating, promoting and disseminating the culture of entrepreneurship and the entrepreneurial spirit in South-East region through two projects financed from Structural Funds. The results of nearly two years of hard work have materialized in the setting up of new firms in Constanta and Galati and in the building of new structures designed to further support this endeavour.
