摘要：

With the rapid development of economy construct and the acceleration of internationlization process in China, large and complex project have become an important driving force for promoting the development of society. For the different characteristics between LCS and common projects, this paper puts forward some problems existing in large-scale complex project plan management. Based on the advantages of AVPLAN in project plan management, this paper puts forward the AVPLAN applied in large-scale complex project plan management. Through the analysis of AVPLAN application in large-scale complex project plan management, we come the conclusion that it can solve the problems efficiently.
