Analysis of Female Labor Rights and Interests Under the Background of Two-Child Policy

The Party in the Fifth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee through the "CPC Central Committee on the thirteenth five-year plan for national economic and social development of the proposal", put forward to promote the balanced development of the population and the full implementation of a couple can have two children policy. This is our country in the new period of birth policy to make major adjustments. This paper discusses the influence of the "two-child" policy on women's labor rights and interests from the perspective of employment discrimination and maternity insurance treatment in the following two aspects, and puts forward relevant countermeasures.
