The Study of the Isothermal Crystallization and Electrical Properties of Heterogeneous Metal-Ferroelectric Nano-Composites

摘要
The dc conductivity and kinetics of isothermal crystallization of amorphous nano-composites Co-x[Pb0.81Sr0.04(Na0.5Bi0.5)(0,15)(Zr0.575Ti0.425)O-3](100-x) with different compositions at a presence of an alternating electric field have been studied. It is revealed that the crystallization rate increases as strength of electric field is increased because of magnification of diffusive mobility of atoms. At the same time there was not revealed any effect of frequency of an electric field on the crystallization process of studied amorphous nano-composites.
