摘要
Base on Penrose's (1959) theory of firm growth, effect of organizational slack on performance is warmly discussed. And the conflicting views from different scholars, different theories call for exploiting current theories and exploring the black box between organizational slack and firm growth. This paper reviews the more recent study. and establishes a clear research framework including organizational slack's concept, nature, and the path of its effect. Further, we provide several possible research trends to service in later study.
