摘要
Energy saving research is the development trend of electric vehicles, which is the key technology for the large-scale industrialization of electric vehicles. Based on the vehicle dynamic simulation models, energy flow and dissipation mechanism was analyzed. The proportions of main components to energy consumption were analyzed with experimental verification. Through the vehicle matching optimization and the low rolling resistance coefficient tires selecting, also to reduce the weight of vehicle, improve the body design to effectively reduce the air resistance coefficient, and select the appropriate braking recovery strategy to optimize the energy consumption. Finally, through comprehensively optimization simulation, the vehicle energy consumption was improved significantly.
