摘要
The purpose of the paper is to identify the importance of psychological contract which appears to be more and more critical in the recent years. Theoretical analysis was used for the new-generation employees, who were born in the 1980s in china. The paper analyzed and then put forward the characteristics of the employees such as self-respect, well-educated, innovation, less-resistance to compression. The paper make it clear that management on psychological contract for the new-generation employees should be emphasized on the issues as UP, value orientation, communication and personality distinguishing.
