摘要
The component difference and the characteristic variation caused by long-term use of the equipment result in the equipment individuality, embodied in the difference between test data and standard data. These differences bring great difficulties to the rapid, accurate diagnosis of equipment failures, especially when the intelligent detection and diagnostic systems of the equipment is far from being perfect. To solve this problem, the concept of specialized support is proposed in this paper. Based on it, the portable maintenance aid system is developed. Examples have shown that the specialized support method can effectively reduce maintenance costs and improve efficiency of equipment support.
