摘要
Backgroud: HNPCC is an autosomal dominant genetic disorder. The purpose of this study was to discuss the regulation and epidemiological characters of families with hereditary colorectal cancer. Methods: To analysis the incidence of tumors, clinical characters and tumor registries in families which meet Amsterdam HNPCC criteria I and 11, and Japan Criteria. Results: 1, The average age of diagnosis of colorectal cancer was 55.73 +/- 15.88year, and the average death age was 59.21 +/- 17.80 year; 2, the right-side colon cancer occupied absolutely large part of colon cancer; 3, non-synchronous multiple original colorectal cancer occupied 12.3% 4, the ranking of HNPCC-related tumors was endometrial cancer, breast cancer, stomach cancer, lung cancer, esophagus cancer, nasopharynx cancer, liver cancer, leukaemia, pancreas cancer, thyroid cancer, bladder cancer, throat cancer, lymphoma, kidney cancer, verticle separate cancer; 5, the incidence of male was higher than female accept kidney cancer and pancreas cancer; 6, the average diagnosis age of the first, the second and the third pedigree got younger and younger. Interpretation: It is in all probability that china has her own HNPCC characters.
