摘要：
The activation of a firm's technological capability is important for the enhancement of technological capability and the realization of technological innovation. Based on the literature review of activation, this paper presents and tests the measure model and evaluation system of the firm's technological capability. Then, the activation degree of the firm's technological capability is evaluated by the input-output model. In this model, we consider that the activation degree of the firm's technological capability can be reflected by ratio of the change rate of the innovation performance and that of the level of technological capability. Finally, the case of Xinchang Pharmacy Corporation is studied to testify the evaluation system of activation of the technological capability.
