摘要
Objective: To investigate the effects of self-control exercise on cellular immunity in long-term cancer survival. Methods: 60 long-term cancer survivors from Shanghai Cancer Rehabilitation Club were recruited for the test. 30 of them who insisted on self-control exercise for more than ten years were recruited as the exercise group; the other 30 who never practiced self-control exercise and whose age, gender, cancer type and therapy matched well one by one with the exercise group were selected as the control group. The authors carried out a Cancer History Questionnaire to survey the detailed medical history of the testers. To extracted blood from cubital vein in the early morning empty stomach state. The lymphocyte surface antigen expression such as CD3/CD4/CD8/CD16+56 and CD4CD25 were determined by direct immunofluorescence staining and flow cytometry. Results: Both absolute value and percentage of CD3(+)T had a higher trend in exercise group compared with the control group but without statistical significance. The absolute value and percentage of CD4(+)CD25(+)T in exercise group were significantly lower than the control group. The CD (16+56)(+) in exercise group had a higher trend than the control group, but no statistical significance was observed. CD4(+)CD25(+)Tr was negatively correlated with CD (16+56)+ and total lymphocyte count. Conclusion: The self-control exercise increases the cellular immune function which is mediated by T cell and NK cell, and reduces the suppression and down-regulation to the cellular immune and total lymphocyte count which is mediated by T regulatory cells.
