In the contemporary era, the green management prevails all over the world. Under the different standards of national environment, as rational economy body, multi-national corporations, locate the other side to cooperate & conflict with host countries. This paper uses game theory to analyze supervising game model between multi-national corporations and government of host countries. The basic conclusion shows that impetus for multinational corporations to bargain with governments comes from their mixed strategic Nash equilibrium solution, and cooperative competition will be the best strategic choice. The characteristics of government determine their inducement to the behaviors of multinational corporations. In the end, we draw inspiration from the angles of multinational corporations to improve green competitive ability and the government to use legislative, administrative methods and policy to induce and control multinational corporations.
