摘要：
Urban rainwater reuse need be planned and designed systematically, the main purpose of rainwater reuse is to relieve the shortage of urban water resource and the other main purpose is to solve the urban waterlogging problems caused by the increased runoff through urbanization. Based on analyzing the present problems of urban rainwater utilization in our country, rainwater special planning should be valued and some specific measures should be established integrated with urban master planning are disused in this article. Rainwater utilization engineering is a systematic engineering, related laws and codes should be constituted and it should be operability in engineering.
