摘要
This article approaches a new vision and a new practice in the management of human resources i.e. the management of negotiated competencies. The author gives the following definition: The negotiated (personal) competencies represent a new negotiated construction of the real and virtual capabilities of the employees by the mutual valuation and valorization by employees and managers of the demands and offers of services and rewards.
