摘要
This paper deals with electrical parameters identification of multi-winding induction motors. In particular, the study has been focused on electromechanical systems consisting of multiple three-phase stator winding sets sharing a common rotor. The stator units composing the system coupled to the power converters, measure systems and control units represent an integrated multi-drive system whose dynamic performance strongly depend on accurate parameters identification, especially when self-sensing control strategies are implemented in all drives composing the system. Hence, an incorrect identification of the machine parameters can seriously compromise the operation of the drives. After a brief presentation of the analytical model of the considered multi-winding induction motor, prediction of the parameters by means of finite element analysis is provided on two different multi-winding induction motor configurations. Experimental parameter identification confirms the accuracy of the prediction.
