Aspects of multi-stage concentration of tellurium isotopes in a cascade with a specified number of gas centrifuges arranged in steps are considered. A computational experiment on the separation of tellurium hexafluoride was performed. A technique is used to calculate the cuts of the partial flows of the stages taking into account the dependence of their separation coefficients on the feed flow and the flow division factor. The parameters of the cascade and steps that secure the production of highly concentrated tellurium isotopes with different atomic masses by means of an eight-stage separation arrangement are determined.
