摘要
There are a lot of examples in common industry that is achieved success with Mass Customization, but no one in coal mining machinery manufacturing. On the basis of the true connotation of Mass Customization and under the new condition of market, the fundamental method discussed in the paper for our coal mining machinery manufacturing enterprise to actualize the new mode of Mass Customization successfully. Base on Internet, a choosing type system of shearer has been designed for a coal mining machinery manufacturing enterprise to put Mass Customization into practice as an example. It can make the enterprise to meet the-customer's requirement for the diversification and individuation of the coal machinery products in the drastic market competition. The system enlarges both of the contacting K field between enterprise and customer and the cooperating field between enterprises. Working as a foundation,it accelerates the new product developing and provides a powerful guarantee to improve the competition capacity and increase the economic benefit of the enterprise.
