摘要
Microwave dielectric ceramics aBaO + bNb(2)O(5) with good microwave dielectric properties were prepared by solid phase sintering at low temperature, through controlling the material ratio and adding different components of additives. The sintering temperature of the ceramics could decrease to 850 degrees C by superinducing the additives of B2O3 and CuO and changing the material ration. The results indicate that the microwave dielectric ceramics aBaO + bNb(2)O(5) could be sintered at 875 degrees C when setting presintering temperature 1000 C, the matching a:b=2.42 and adding a certain amount of additives. The ceramics exhibit excellent microwave dielectric properties of epsilon(r)= 41.23, Qxf=21500 GHz, and tau(f)=6.2x10(-6) degrees C-1, which can meet the process requirements of LTCC and have good compatibility with Ag electrode.
