Research on the Characteristics of the Elements of the Urban Marathon Events in Our Province

This article studies the current situation of the marathon race in our province. The survey results show that the development of Marathon events in our province has obvious stages. Compared with the provincial economic development stages, the development of Marathon events in our province is behind. Most of the events are not yet mature. The overall proportion of international competitions is high. These show the lack of understanding and blindness of the essence of the competition, and do not have a better interpretation of the characteristic of the elements of urban marathon. The purpose of this article is to find out the basis for accurate positioning of Marathon events in our province, and to provide ideas for the future development of Marathon events in our province.
