Empirical Test of the Synergy Development between Foreign Investment Industry and the Tertiary Industry in Shandong Province

In the investment process in Shandong Province, how to achieve the synergy development between foreign investment industry and the tertiary industry is a major issue in the future economic and social development of Shandong Province. VAR model is established to reflect the dynamic relationship between the foreign investment industry and the tertiary industry. On the basis of the VAR model, the impulse response function is used to analyze the synergy between them with a conclusion that there does exit a certain degree of interaction and collaboration between the foreign investment industry and tertiary industry. On this basis, this article proposed that foreign investment industry and the tertiary industry in Shandong Province should take the road of the cluster development and government should continue to strengthen policy support and regulation.
