摘要：
Based on fieldwork and revision of herbarium specimens, the occurrence of Grimmia in Mexico is reviewed Grimmia austro-funalis C. Mull., G. bernouillii C. Mull., G. cribrosa Hedw. (Coscinodon cribrosus (Hedw.) Spruce), G. donniana Sm., and G. torquata Hornsch. are reported new to Mexico. Grimmia mexicana H. C. Greven, sp. nov. is described.
